My work is not about fixing you or teaching you how to succeed; it’s about helping what’s already moving through you find a body, a nervous system, and a life strong enough to hold it.

We follow the charge as it shows up—heat, breath, tension, longing, refusal—and we let the body lead us to what’s been waiting to be released, reclaimed, or brought into form. I’ve worked with artists, healers, founders, and creators whose dreams were never meant to fit inside conventional paths, and whose lives required real internal reorganization for their work to come through.
