Who (and What) is Valkyrie?

"The battle of the spiritual warrior is with the self."

Let's start with your body.

Take a breath. Feel where you are right now - the space around you, the sensations moving through your physical form. I want you to really land here with me, because everything we're about to explore together begins and ends in the body.

This is how we'll start every moment. By coming home to ourselves. Because while these blog pages contains powerful teachings and practices, their real magic lives in how deeply you can embody these truths.

Who (and What) is Valkyrie?

You might be wondering - why Valkyrie?

What does an ancient Norse goddess have to do with modern spiritual entrepreneurship and feminine sovereignty?

Let me tell you a story.

When Valkyrie first came to me as the name for this work, I almost rejected it. The Valkyries were Odin's warrior goddesses, known as "choosers of the slain" - they flew over battlefields deciding which fallen warriors would ascend to Valhalla. Pretty intense energy for someone whose work centers on love and approval, right?

But as I sat with this medicine, I began to understand. The Valkyrie archetype isn't about battle in the traditional sense. She represents our ability to rise above the battlefield of our lives - the conditioning, the wounds, the stories we've inherited - and discern what's truly ours from what we can release. She helps us see with fierce clarity what's sacred and what's shadow.

The Valkyrie is both warrior and priestess. She carries the sword of truth and the chalice of wisdom. She knows when to fight and when to flow. And most importantly, she understands that the real battle is always with the self.

This is what I mean when I talk about practical magic - the ability to bridge heaven and earth, to be both fierce and soft, to hold both the sword and the chalice. To be sovereign in your power while remaining open to grace.

The Spiritual Warrior's Path

The path of the spiritual warrior looks different than what most of us imagine. It's not about constant battle or pushing through resistance. Instead, it asks us:

Who are we when we're not fighting?

What happens in the spaces between?

How do we tend to ourselves, our village, our mission?

The spiritual warrior knows that true power comes not from forcing or controlling, but from getting out of our own way. From allowing the will of heaven to flow through us. From patience, presence, and deep trust in the unfolding.

This is where most business and manifestation teachings miss the mark. They focus on strategy and action while ignoring the deeper truth: your body holds every key, code, and answer you're seeking. Your sovereignty - your ability to create and lead from your deepest truth - lives in your embodied wisdom.

Why This Work, Why Now

You're reading this because something in you knows there's more.

More magic. More impact. More authentic power. More sovereign truth waiting to be expressed.

Maybe you've already built a successful business or practice. Maybe you're known for your transformational work with clients. Maybe you've collected all the certifications and trainings, but something still feels missing.

I get it. I've been there - searching for answers outside myself, pushing for the next level, trying to think my way into embodied wisdom. But here's what I've learned through my own journey and through guiding hundreds of women:

The magic isn't in adding more. It's in remembering what's already there.

It's in reclaiming the ancient wisdom coded in your DNA.

It's in dropping from head to womb consciousness.

It's in letting your body lead the way.

It's in becoming the woman you already are beneath the conditioning.

This is why we start with the basics - with breath, with sensation, with coming home to our bodies. These might seem simple, but they are mastery in disguise. They are the foundations that everything else builds upon.

Invitation

As we begin this journey together, I invite you to:

Come with beginner's mind, even if you've explored this territory before. There are always deeper layers waiting to be revealed.

Trust that your body knows the way. It will tell you exactly what's true and what's next if you learn to listen.

Release the need to "figure it all out." The path of embodied sovereignty isn't linear. It spirals. It cycles. It moves with the natural rhythms of the feminine.

Be willing to get messy. Transformation isn't always pretty. Sometimes we have to break open to break through.

Remember that you're not alone. Throughout history, women have gathered in sacred circles to remember their power. Consider this book your initiation into that lineage.

In the posts ahead, we'll explore the practical tools and mystical technologies that will help you:

- Access unshakeable sovereignty

- Lead from pure presence

- Trust your body's ancient wisdom

- Clear what blocks your full expression

- Create impact through embodied power

But first, we begin where all true transformation begins - by coming home to ourselves.

Practice: Landing in the Body

A simple but powerful practice for dropping into embodied presence:

1. Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down.

2. Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

3. Take three deep breaths, letting each exhale be longer than the inhale.

4. Begin to scan your body from feet to crown, noticing sensations without trying to change them.

5. Where do you feel open? Where do you feel closed?

6. What's asking for attention? What wants to move?

7. Just notice. Just be with what's here.

8. Take one more deep breath and feel yourself landing more fully in your body.

This is your foundation. This is your home base. This is where we'll return again and again as we journey deeper into practical magic and embodied sovereignty.

The path is opening before you. Your sisters are gathering. The Valkyrie is calling.
