For a decade I've helped people stop abandoning themselves and begin living lives that are deeply true. My work blends somatics, intuitive perception, energetic healing, nervous system regulation, and Holotropic Breathwork into transformational experiences that help people hear and trust themselves again.
I’ve been holding breathwork online since Covid, from 2021–2024, and I facilitated regular breathwork journeys at the StarHouse, corporate trainings and retreats and spiritual events, guiding thousands of participants through profound experiences of healing, clarity, emotional release, and personal transformation.
Whether I'm working with one person or a room of hundreds, my intention is the same: to create a field of unwavering safety where people can remember who they are beneath the conditioning, the fear, and the noise.
